Winners were determined by:
  1. Candidates ranked by vote in gender groups
  2. Equal number of top vote-getters selected from each gender group, for both delegates and alternates
  3. When an odd number of delegates were allotted, last delegate determined by vote, regardless of gender
  4. Alternates will be seated by rank, which is determined by number of votes, regardless of gender
  5. Ties among Alternates were broken by lot, to determine ranking.
  6. NOTE: Because of the rule that an equal number of men and women make up the delegation, some male delegates may have received less votes than some female alternates, and vice versa
